Life-Saving First Aid YOU Can Perform

When most of us see a serious wound, our first reaction is to dial 911. And it should be. But what if 911 doesn't answer? What if telecommunications are down? What if a blizzard or flood keeps paramedics from responding? What if it's up to YOU to save someone's life?

This is part of a series that will help you prepare for such an event. With what you learn in this Webinar and some inexpensive medical supplies, you can be a hero instead of a helpless bystander. We will cover many different types of emergencies, but this first webinar is one of the most important. It will be a discussion of different kinds of bleeding wounds; how bleeding and clotting work; medical supplies you'll need; and the process by which rapid action by good Samaritans can save a life.
